If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.

During high-demand periods (launches, holidays, special campaigns), processing time may extend slightly. Customers will be notified if delays occur.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer:

  • Free International Shipping on all orders over €80 / £70

  • Standard shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold (calculated at checkout)

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For European Union countries:

  • No additional customs fees for orders shipped within the EU (when applicable).

For United Kingdom:

  • Customs duties or VAT may apply depending on order value and UK regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Vellixio is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A direct link to monitor delivery progress

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Include photos (if damaged).
